Refund & Return Policy

At CurveVera, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each product is carefully inspected and produced according to international quality standards. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before placing an order.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For damaged or defective items, please provide a clear description and photos of the issue.

Non-returnable items include:
- Underwear or intimate apparel
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or store credit purchases
- Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, odor, or altered condition

2. Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible refund cases include:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Functional issues caused during production

In these cases, a return may not be required, and a full refund will be issued.

Refunds for personal reasons (wrong size, preference change, etc.):
- Full refund if the customer covers the return shipping cost
- Partial refund (20%–50%) if the customer chooses to keep the item

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Exchanges

We offer free replacements only for defective or damaged items.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 60 minutes of placing the order at curveverabra@gmail.com.

4. Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at curveverabra@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or supporting information (if applicable)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For orders valued over $10, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking information shows your order as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us with:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Any supporting documentation if available

We will assist in investigating the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
